Terms

• User obligations. You must be the age of majority (typically 18+) to use Leafstory, and you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (such as violating any laws). Do not upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for users who violate these rules. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our content without our written permission. In short, please use the Service as intended and respect all applicable laws and third-party rights.
• Intellectual Property. All content on the site (text, images, logos, graphics, code, product designs, etc.) is owned by Leafstory or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Leafstory name and logos are trademarks of Azure Robot Co Limited (or our affiliates), and no use of our trademarks is allowed without permission. You are granted a limited license to use site content only as necessary to use the Service; any unauthorized use (e.g. framing the site, using hidden text or meta tags, or creating derivative works of our content) is prohibited. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
• Order and Payment Terms. All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by Leafstory. When you place an order, it is an offer to buy subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse/cancel any order in our sole discretion. For example, if an error occurs (such as a pricing error) or if we suspect fraudulent activity, we may cancel your order. Upon shipping, the risk of loss and title for the purchased products passes to you (the buyer). We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen shipments once they leave our warehouse. Payment information (like credit card details) is collected by third-party processors, and by placing an order you authorize the transfer of your payment information to our payment processors. You represent that you are legally authorized to use any payment method you provide.
• Disclaimers. Our products are dietary supplements, not prescription drugs. As required by law, we make no health or medical claims. Consistent with industry practice, we note that “the products and claims made in connection with products…have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition”. Likewise, any information on our site (including articles, recommendations, or quiz results) is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on our site. We strongly encourage you to consult with your physician or qualified health provider before starting any supplement regimen.
• No Warranties; Limitation of Liability. Leafstory provides the Service and products “as is” and makes no warranties of any kind (express or implied). We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event will Leafstory (or our affiliates, employees, agents, etc.) be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service or products. This includes, for example, loss of data, profits, or any personal injury or emotional distress. Our total liability to you for any claim is strictly limited to the amount you paid us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim (or, if you made no payment, a maximum of fifty U.S. dollars). This cap on liability applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain exclusions of liability; where prohibited, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
• Indemnification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Leafstory (including our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees) harmless from any losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service. This means if a third party makes a claim against Leafstory because of something you did (like violating these Terms or infringing someone’s rights), you will be responsible for defending and covering any resulting costs.
• Governing Law and Disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Leafstory is established (for example, the laws of Hong Kong). Any disputes you have with Leafstory should first be submitted to us for resolution via our customer support channels. If not resolved, most disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (not as a class action). By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to a jury trial or class-action lawsuit in connection with those disputes, unless you opt out as allowed by law.
